Before continuing, please read and accept our notice under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Pursuant to Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), RSMART Yazılım Danışmanlık Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“RSMART”, “Company”), as data controller, informs you about the processing of your personal data.

2. Personal data processed
Identity (name, surname), contact (email, phone, company name), transaction security (IP, cookie logs, session data), customer transaction data (demo/contact form content, requested product) and marketing preferences may be processed.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is processed to deliver products and services, run demo/quote flows, answer contact requests, manage contracts, secure the website, meet legal obligations, improve user experience and, where applicable, provide information activities based on our legitimate interests.
4. Legal grounds and collection method
Data is collected via website forms, cookies, email/phone and digital channels by automated and non-automated means, based on KVKK Art. 5/2 (a) explicit provision in law, (c) conclusion/performance of a contract, (ç) legal obligation, (f) legitimate interest and, where required, Art. 5/1 explicit consent.
5. Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred domestically and, where necessary, abroad to hosting/email/analytics providers and business partners under the conditions set out in KVKK. Appropriate technical and organizational measures are applied.
6. Retention period
Personal data is retained for as long as required by the processing purpose and statutory limitation/retention periods; afterwards it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
7. Data subject rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You may learn whether your data is processed; request information; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know third parties to whom it is transferred; request correction of incomplete/incorrect data; request deletion/destruction under Art. 7; request notification of such actions to third parties; object to outcomes against you arising solely from automated systems; and claim compensation for unlawful processing.

Send requests to info@rsmart.com.tr. Applications are concluded within thirty days under KVKK. Processing is generally free of charge; if a cost arises, the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
